sad that your knee had been injured i have a friend who had a problem with the knee operation and then a rather long period to built up the leg with personal trainer so you will know what can be waiting,just follow the doctors order and I see forward to what Nadine will show us and I wish you and Nadine happy Christmas and New year

Hi Sarah & Leon, Although I am an amputee, it didn't stop me from engaging in my passion for boots and mud. I can still go through the deepest mud with one leg and crutches. So it was heartening to see Sarah out there with a brace on her leg. Looking back through your boot adventures, it surprised me that I had been following you since 2005, and I still look forward to each Wednesday with eagerness.
